An opportunity has arisen to buy a building!
Balshagray Victoria Park Church has become available, just 1.1 miles away from where we currently meet. This has a 700 seater sanctuary, along with a kitchen, two large halls and various other rooms; an incredible building for us to buy and renovate!
Why have a building?
We have been blessed as a church to meet at Notre Dame High School since 2000. However, in order to grow and make a greater impact in Glasgow, we believe it’s time to be seeking a building. Having a building would give us more freedom to host events and increase our opportunities as a church to show God’s love practically and spiritually to our local community. We have also felt prompted by God, through various prophetic words, to take this step of faith in owning our own building.
What could we do with a building?
- Host parent and toddlers’ groups
- Expand our compassion ministry
- Weddings
- Regular baptism services
- Run Alpha and Discipleship courses
- Hold Conferences
- Host community outreach events
- Parties and fundraisers
- Midweek youth events
- And so much more...
